Summer's almost over...

Well I wanted to blog, started one in Feb '07 and here it is July 31st. Where has the days and time gone? This summer was interesting to say the least. We spent the better part watching my son play baseball & my husband coach his team. 10 year old boys are something else, full of grit, dirt, smiles, laughter & love of pure life. We did manage to make a couple of beach trips with friends. I miss my most dear friend, who moved to Pennsylvannia a year ago. It still seems like yesterday she pulled out of my drive way for good. I still have moments of missing her terribly. (Even though we talk nearly everyday :-) ) I experienced my first death of a friend this summer, due to a jet ski accident. She is with the Lord no doubt, and she was an amazing christian and person during her time here on earth. I still have to stop and gather myself from time to time, I can't believe she's gone. I know she is having a blast in Heaven. Well enough for now, I really want to continue this blog...I'm gonna try!!! Yay me!
